Connor Nechodom

• Advised Capitol Imaging Services, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital, in its acquisition of DRH & Associates, Inc., a provider of advanced medical imaging and testing services across greater Houston.
• Represented private equity sponsors in various acquisitions, including dental practices, pain management practices, medical spas, imaging centers, ophthalmology practices, gastroenterology practices, orthopedic group practices, and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Counsel to Clearview Capital in its sale of Nielsen-Kellerman, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of environmental and athletic performance measurement instruments, to Gladstone Investment Corporation.
• Advised a NYSE-listed health care company in its cross-border carve out sale of its respiratory health business.
• Advised Capitol Imaging Services LLC, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital, on its partnership with Outpatient Imaging LLC, a provider of diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, and X-ray, expanding its footprint across the Gulf South.

Connor  Nechodom focuses his practice on advising public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and other complex transactions in the health care sector.

Connor earned his J.D., with honors, from Emory University, where was an Irwin Liu Scholar, served as the marketing editor of the Emory Law Journal, and received Emory’s Pro Bono Publico Award. He received his B.A. in international studies from the University of Florida. Before joining Alston & Bird, Connor served as a legal consultant for a legal services startup, and externed in the legal department of a multibillion-dollar manufacturing company.
