Connor Nechodom is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group and a member of the Corporate Health Care Transactions Team. He focuses his practice on advising public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and other complex transactions in the health care sector.
Connor earned his J.D., with honors, from Emory University, where he was an Irwin Liu Scholar, served as the marketing editor of the Emory Law Journal, and received Emory’s Pro Bono Publico Award. He received his B.A. in international studies from the University of Florida. Before joining the firm, Connor served as a legal consultant for a legal services startup, and externed in the legal department of a multibillion-dollar manufacturing company.
