- Represented private equity sponsors in various acquisitions, including dental practices, pain management practices, medical spas, imaging centers, ophthalmology practices, gastroenterology practices, orthopedic group practices, and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Counsel to Clearview Capital in its sale of Nielsen-Kellerman, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of environmental and athletic performance measurement instruments, to Gladstone Investment Corporation.
- Advised a NYSE-listed health care company in its cross-border carve out sale of its respiratory health business.
- Advised Capitol Imaging Services LLC, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital, on its partnership with Outpatient Imaging LLC, a provider of diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, and X-ray, expanding its footprint across the Gulf South.
