Beth Nordhorn is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group. Beth concentrates her practice on guiding clients through mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other complex transactions in the health care sector.
Beth received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as executive forum editor for the Florida Law Review, participated in the Global Antitrust Institute Moot Court, and was secretary for the Association for Law and Business. During law school, Beth served as law clerk at a Florida-based firm and was an extern for the UF J. Hillis Miller Health Science Center. She also previously acted as law clerk to the Chief Legal Officer for AdventHealth and worked as an intern for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. Beth earned her B.A. in exercise and sport science with minors in chemistry and neuroscience from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
