• Advising public issuers in a variety of industries on the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and general SEC disclosure matters.

Kezia Osunsade is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. She focuses her practice on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance. She also counsels clients on general corporate governance matters.

Before joining the firm, Kezia spent time on Capitol Hill, where she served as an intern for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), an agency of the Department of Commerce.
