Krishna Pathak is a senior associate with the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. She represents originators, borrowers, issuers, lenders, and other industry participants in structured finance transactions across a wide spectrum of asset classes, including auto loans and leases, consumer loans, credit card receivables, income share agreements, merchant cash advance loans, mortgage loans, SaaS receivables, and timeshare receivables. Krishna is recognized in the 2026 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch^®.

Krishna earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where she served on the American University Business Law Review. Krishna received her B.A. from The George Washington University where she majored in international affairs and minored in law and society.
