Krishna Pathak is an associate with the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. She represents borrowers, issuers, lenders, placement agents, underwriters, and other industry participants in structured finance transactions across a wide spectrum of asset classes.
Krishna worked as a student attorney at the Community Economic and Equity Development Law Clinic in Washington, D.C., where she represented non-profit organizations in transactional matters. Krishna earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where she served on the senior staff committee for the American University Business Law Review. Krishna received her B.A. from The George Washington University where she majored in international affairs and minored in law and society.
