Rebecca Pierce

• Supervising and managing numerous attorneys in discovery and production of general commercial and financial litigation, product liability, health care, data breach, IP litigation, and government investigation documents.
• Managing e-discovery requests in response to subpoenas, requests for production of documents, deposition preparation, and all other forms of discovery.
• Training new attorneys on privilege, confidentiality, responsiveness, protected health information and personal identifying information, and e-discovery policies and procedures.
• Has significant experience utilizing analytics and technology-assisted review, including working with clients to improve the precision and recall of document searches and improving workflows to maximize productivity and accuracy.

Rebecca Pierce is a staff attorney with Alston Discovery, an integrated team of legal and technology professionals devoted to helping clients creatively, efficiently, and cost-effectively manage electronic discovery matters and analyze documents and contracts.

Rebecca focuses on the review and analysis of emails and other electronic data for litigation, transactional matters, and internal and government investigations, including developing defensible, repeatable protocols, workflows, and related litigation management. She has extensive experience applying state-of-the-art litigation technology, advanced analytics, and project management tools, which boosts efficiency while reducing review time and overall costs.
