Robert Poole represents industry leading companies in complex commercial litigation, particularly with respect to antitrust and data privacy issues. His experience ranges from prosecuting and defending against claims under the Sherman Act to litigating privacy claims arising out of data breaches and the use of website analytic tools. He is equipped to advise clients on their relationships with both competitors and consumers, including how companies purposefully use data in a fair, competitive manner. Robert litigates in a variety of federal proceedings, including class actions, multidistrict litigation, and subsequent appeals.
