Jay Repko is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, insurance disputes, real estate disputes, and high-stakes products liability disputes. Jay also has significant experience representing commercial clients post-judgment and on appeal. Jay has been recognized by The Best Lawyers: in America© “Ones to Watch” for Commercial Litigation.
Jay joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Dudley H. Bowen, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Before clerking, Jay graduated summa cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law, where he served as a notes and comments editor for the Florida State University Law Review. Jay received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Business.
Apart from his regular practice, Jay frequently counsels pro bono clients, and he is a former barrister of the Lumpkin Inn of Court.
