• Provided support to a UK real estate client on its issue of SEK 600 million senior unsecured fixed rate bonds, due in 2024, to be listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
• Assisted a European real estate client on its entry into a loan note instrument to govern the issue of unsecured variable funding loan notes to be listed on The International Stock Exchange in Jersey as a eurobond.
• Provided support to an automotive client on the sale of various business assets for $10 million.
• Represented a European real estate company on its acquisition of a limited liability partnership membership interest for £4 million.

Emma Rigby is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Finance Group, focusing on domestic and international real estate finance and leveraged finance matters.
