Diane Roberts is a experienced financial services lawyer, advising trustees and other sector participants on UK, U.S., and cross-border transactions. Diane focuses primarily on capital markets, loans and other types of debt financing, and high yield transactions, as well as the trading of bank debt, trade claims, securities, and other illiquid instruments under LMA and LSTA protocols.
Diane has over 35 years of experience advising a variety of stakeholders on all sides of the creditor deal table, such as trustees and agents, commercial banks and other lenders, claims holders and traders, bondholders, creditor committees, distressed investors, private equity and hedge funds, insolvency practitioners, and servicers. Her experience not only includes structured finance and securitisation but also spans defaults, financial restructurings, and insolvencies and bankruptcies, as well as project finance transactions, loans, and high-yield bonds.
