Allison M. Ryan is a partner in Alston & Bird’s Real Estate Group. For nearly a decade, Allison served as the co-chair of this practice group composed of more than 50 attorneys who guide complex transactions nationwide. She represents institutions, investors, and developers in equity and development transactions across the U.S.

Allison is a dealmaker committed to multiyear and multideal relationships with her clients. She invests in fully understanding her clients’ businesses and goals. She leads all types of real estate transactions for these clients, including high-profile acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, ground-up developments, and leasing. Allison’s deals often focus on urban, mixed-use projects in major U.S. markets.
