- Represented a multinational toy manufacturing company in product liability claims throughout the United States involving inclined infant sleepers.
- Argued and won dismissal of a deceptive business practices tort claim on behalf of a national restaurant in state court.
- Defended a global manufacturer of eye care medicines and devices in claims alleging injuries stemming from contact lenses.
- Defended major hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers in alleged medical malpractice cases.

Shreya draws upon her litigation background to effectively address her clients’ litigation and products liability needs.
Shreya Shah represents clients in various areas of product liability tort law. Before joining the firm, she prepared pleadings, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda for litigation involving clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical drug manufacturers, toy manufacturers, restaurants, manufacturers of eyecare medicines and devices, and health care.
Shreya previously served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Marc T. Treadwell, of the Middle District of Georgia, and as a law clerk for the Hon. Sarah H. Warren, of the Georgia Supreme Court.
She received her J.D. from the Mercer University School of Law, where she was editor in chief for the Mercer Law Review.
