Christopher G. Sidwell

• Advising attorneys in technology-centric solutions for discovery and production of general commercial and financial litigation, product liability, health care, IP litigation, and government investigation documents.
• Consulting on overall strategy for document and data review for e-discovery requests in response to subpoenas, requests for production of documents, and all other forms of discovery.
• Training new attorneys on privilege, confidentiality, and e-discovery policies and procedures.
• Working with clients to improve the precision and recall of document searches and improving workflows to maximize productivity using considerable experience in analytics and technology-assisted review.

Chris Sidwell is an attorney and discovery review consultant with over 18 years’ experience strategically navigating e-discovery workflows, managing discovery projects, and performing data analysis. Chris serves as a key strategic consultant and collaborator in conducting the document review and data analysis work of Alston Discovery on behalf of our attorneys and their clients. Chris consults and works with the Alston Discovery team, firm practice group attorneys, and firm clients to identify and achieve the objectives of each matter. He has extensive experience developing innovative technology-centric solutions and workflows leading to more efficient and cost-effective document and data reviews.
