Brandon Springer has represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and federal and state trial courts. Brandon focuses on defending individual and corporate clients in complex civil litigation, in government and internal investigations, and on appeal.
Brandon represents insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, hospital systems, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and financial services companies in complex disputes or investigations that span RICO, ERISA, the False Claims Act, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and numerous state tort and regulatory issues.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Brandon clerked for the Hon. Graham C. Mullen of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Brandon received his J.D. from Duke University and his B.A. in history and economics from the University of Virginia.
