Jack Stephens is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Financial Services Group. He focuses his practice on the banking and financial services industry and advises financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, capital-raising activities, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Before joining the firm, Jack worked as an intern for the Florida State Attorney Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and for U.S. Representative Ander Crenshaw. He also interned with the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C., and with the Institute for Economic Affairs in London.
Jack earned his J.D., his M.B.A., and his B.A. in political science from the University of Florida.
