Ash Thiruppathi focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. Before joining the firm, Ash served as a summer associate where he contributed to patent litigation matters by performing substantive research on patent validity, infringement, and related issues. Ash also previously worked as a summer law clerk at an IP law firm where he assisted with patent prosecution for electrical and computer technologies.
While in law school, Ash competed in trial advocacy competitions as a member of the Broun National Trial Team. He also externed in the legal department of SAS, where he conducted patentability searches and advised on IP strategy.
Ash earned his J.D. from The University of North Carolina after receiving a B.S. in computer science from Oregon State University.
