• Represented a large private equity fund in a $40+ million NNN sale-leaseback transaction involving 21 retail/industrial properties.
• Represented a large private equity fund in a $21+ million NNN sale-leaseback transaction involving 13 bank branch locations.
• Represented a leading international investment and management firm on diligence and related matters for a $600+ million purchase of defaulted loans and foreclosure of over 70 California properties.
• Represented an Illinois company in a $120 million CMBS loan and acquisition of a shopping center in Sacramento, CA.
• Represented a Florida company in a $160 million sale of multiple commercial properties in Key West, FL.
• Represented a Michigan company in a $2.25 million Regulation D offering of investor class securities in a 544 real estate acquisition company, a $13.8 million CMBS loan, and a $22 million acquisition of two multi-family properties in Ypsilanti, MI.
• Represented a Texas-based lender in a $9.9 million CMBS loan for the acquisition and development of a self-storage facility in Chicago.
• Represented a Florida company in a $47 million CMBS loan for the development of a multi-family property in St. Petersburg, FL.

Joshua Trosch represents institutional lenders, commercial banks, investment banks, and institutional investors in a wide range of real estate transactions including debt financing and acquisitions and dispositions. He has experience supporting the origination of loans, loan modifications, note purchase agreements, and other related matters involving single- and multi-asset deals.

Josh received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was an editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal. He received his B.A. in philosophy and classics, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.
