Catherine E. Van Duys focuses her practice on commercial real estate development, acquisition, and sales.

Catherine represents clients, including developers and real estate investment management companies, throughout the transaction lifespan, from letters of intent to contract negotiation, due diligence, joint venture formation, and closing. Her experience spans various real estate asset classes that include multifamily, industrial, self-storage, student housing, medical offices, senior housing, and retail.

Catherine received her J.D., cum laude, and certificate in business law from DePaul University. She received her B.B.A. from Georgia State University.
