Jacob Walpert is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. He represents clients in a variety of structured finance transactions.
Jacob earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, Jake was a senior articles editor for the Fordham Law Review and a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing Program. Jake served as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and held an externship position with the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He received his B.A. in political science and history from Vanderbilt University.
