Isaac Walrath litigates complex environmental, toxic tort, and land use litigation in California. His clients include real estate, energy, manufacturing, retail, and food & beverage industries.

Before joining the firm, Isaac litigated a wide range of cases throughout California, including matters involving commercial contract disputes, insurance coverage, product liability, employment, construction, teledentistry, and peer-to-peer food delivery and car rental platforms. Isaac has experience managing all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial.

While earning his J.D. from the University of California Davis School of Law, Isaac externed with the U.S. Department of Justice, Environmental & Natural Resources Division, assisting with defending and enforcing environmental laws as well as the California Public Utilities Commission. Isaac also served as a senior article editor for the Environs Environmental Law and Policy Journal. He earned his B.S. in environmental policy analysis and planning, with an emphasis on water quality management, and minor in economics from the University of California, Davis.
