Matthew Walsh focuses on structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex finance transactions. He represents financial institutions, private credit funds, investment funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, mezzanine and subordinated financings, subscription-secured credit facilities, asset-based financings, NAV-based credit facilities, co-investment loan programs, syndicated and bilateral loans, and high-yield debt offerings.

Matthew received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law. While in law school, he was the executive productions editor for Pace Law Review. He received a B.S. in law and justice, cum laude, from The College of New Jersey.
