Alston & Bird is once again honored by Fortune magazine’s annual survey of America’s “100 Best Companies to Work For.” We are the only law firm that has earned this national recognition for 23 consecutive years and are delighted to have placed in the top 20 companies for 2022.
Conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work, the survey canvassed Alston & Bird employees across a number of areas that are key to a winning culture, including values, leadership, trust, and camaraderie; a strong focus on employees’ physical, emotional, and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact. The ranking accounts for the experiences of all employees across job levels, tenure, and demographic categories such as age, race, and gender.
In addition to the Fortune ranking, Alston & Bird has earned a number of other recent accolades highlighting the firm’s distinctive workplace culture, including recognition in People magazine’s 2021 “50 Companies That Care” and a perfect score of 100 percent for 18 years in a row from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 “Corporate Equality Index,” which measures commitment to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
