Healthy Byte: What Are Some Exceptions to the Prohibition on Information Blocking That Make the Greatest Impact?

Eight exceptions touch topics such as denying requests to access for privacy and security reasons or to protect the patient from harm, infeasibility, “content and manner,” as well as exceptions that allow actors to charge reasonable fees to recover their costs.
