- Representation of Imperial Sugar Company in the aftermath of a major explosion including: leading company's cooperation with and defense of numerous federal, state and local law enforcement investigations involving ATF, Georgia State Fire Marshall, and Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department; handling responses to media inquiries; assisting with OSHA inspections and FDA/GDA joint inspections; preparing company personnel for Congressional and House Committee on Education and the Workforce hearings; and developing a plan for the defense of potential criminal allegations against the company and/or employees and directors.
