Cathy Burgess conducted a Food and Drug Law 101 presentation to CDRH staff as part of FDLI’s In-House Training Program for FDA. The FDLI course was entitled “Introduction to Medical Device Law and Regulation Workshop: Understanding How FDA Regulates the Medical Device Industry.” Cathy’s lecture and group discussion session focused on medical device promotion and advertising.
