Cari Dawson, Scott Elder, Jenifer Keenan and Beverlee Silva participated in this conference sponsored by DRI.
Cari Dawson was a panelist during the session "Recall Planning and Administration" on April 9 from 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Costly litigation, agency fines, overutilization of internal resources, and ultimately, damage to the brand, coexist as consequences for poorly managed product recalls. Understanding the action items and protocols to follow before a recall is implemented and once a recall arises can be the key to minimizing bad consequences.
Scott Elder was a featured speaker during the session "Consumer Fraud/No-Injury Class Actions."
Jenifer Keenan was the vice chair of the section "Consumer Goods and Office Equipment."
Beverlee Silva was a featured speaker during the sesion "Strategies to Position a Toxic Tort Case for a Favorable Defense Settlement."
