Alston & Bird’s Health & Welfare Benefits Practice hosted the program "Health Benefits Legislative Outlook for 2016: Beyond the Cadillac Tax" on February 4, 2016. Additional topics included the ACA reporting delay and IRS Notice 2015-87 and its impact on FSAs, HRAs and employer-based health coverage.
