Jeffrey Dintzer will be speaking on the panel “The Triple Threat Emerging Contaminant: An Examination of PFAS in Products Liability, Environmental Cleanup, and Toxic Torts” at the 2019 Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts and Products Liability Committees’ Joint CLE Seminar sponsored by the American Bar Association.
Panelists will provide an update on the ubiquitous emerging chemicals known as perfluoroalkyl/polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and discuss cutting-edge PFAS toxicology and forensic chemistry; analyze the legal landscape for clients that made or used PFAS products; and propose actions to avoid potentially significant products, environmental, and toxic tort liabilities.
