Jeff Rosenfeld, Rachel Lowe, and Sam Jockel will join the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Bay Area Chapter’s Food and Beverage Group for an engaging conversation on the National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard and its implications for businesses.
The Alston & Bird speakers will present “Discussing the National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard,” a brief overview of the rule and recent implementation guidance from the USDA, highlighting anticipated enforcement and litigation risks. They will also lead a discussion about practical scenarios for companies gearing up to comply amid the pandemic.
This meeting is open to all in-house attorneys within the food and beverage industry. Attendees are required to be an in-house attorney; however, you do not have to be a current ACC member to attend.
