Cathy Burgess and Ben Wolf will be presenting on current legal issues during the coronavirus pandemic during FDLI’s seminar COVID-19: Introduction to FDA’s Legal Authorities and Emerging Issues.
The seminar will provide an overview of the legal framework of emergency use authorizations (EUA), the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, and current and future enforcement guidelines and liabilities.
Cathy will be presenting “Defining Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) Authorities,” “Combatting Fraudulent Products,” and “Drug Issues: Therapeutic Agents, Vaccines, Inspections, and Supply Chain Challenges.”
Ben will be presenting “Ventilators and 3D Printed Devices.”
