Dan Jarcho and Cathy Burgess will be speaking at the annual Enforcement, Litigation, and Compliance Conference sponsored by the Food and Drug Institute.
Dan will be a panelist on “Enforcement and Litigation Related to COVID-19” on Tuesday, December 15. The session will focus on civil and criminal cases brought by the FDA and the DOJ related to the coronavirus pandemic.
Cathy will moderate the panel “FDA Inspections in the Age of COVID-19” on Wednesday, December 16. The panel will discuss the impact on domestic and foreign inspections and the FDA’s current approach to inspections.
