Kevin Minoli will be speaking on the April 30 panel “Challenges in Chemical Product Stewardship and Emerging Chemicals of Concern” at 11 a.m. during this annual conference hosted by Geosyntec Consultants and the Chemical Counsel of New Jersey.
He will share his knowledge on the impacts on plastics, including the TSCA PFAS Data Reporting Rule, various state-level PFAS regulations, and New Jersey packaging and recycling regulations.
