Tim Trysla will speak on a panel titled “Legislative and Regulatory Update for the PBM Industry” at this conference hosted by the National Managed Care Institute. This panel will discuss recent and prospective legislative and regulatory changes at the state and federal levels impacting PBMs and similar entities as well as similar issues with hospital participation in the pharma space. These issues will include Federal and State legislation, regulatory changes and efforts to regulate the PBM industry.
