Three Alston & Bird attorneys have been named winners of JD Supra’s 2019 “Readers’ Choice Awards” for their thought leadership and reader engagement.
The Alston & Bird attorneys selected for the award are:
- Partner Tod Sawicki and associate Christina Bortz, members of the firm’s Securities Litigation Group, who were noted for their advisory Cryptocurrency Securities Class Action Suits: Paving the Path for U.S. Jurisdiction, which provides insights on a securities class action arising from the unregistered initial coin offering of a new digital currency called Tezos tokens.
- Associate Dan Felz of the firm’s Technology & Privacy Group, who was featured for his contributions to the firm’s Privacy & Data Security Blog, which examines the latest news and trends in privacy, data, and cybersecurity nationally and worldwide.
The winning authors were honored for their written analysis and commentary across the JD Supra platform in 2018. In total, 228 winners were selected from more than 50,000 authors and across 26 categories.
