Selected for the award are:
- Partner Kirk Bradley of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, who was named a top 10 author on patent-related matters from more than 3,200 other professionals writing about the topic.
- Partners Mark Ray and Tim Trysla of the firm’s Health Care Group, who were ranked among the top 10 authors from a group of more than 3,200 publishing about healthcare-related matters.
- Senior associate Catherine Payne of the firm’s Products Liability Group, who was chosen as a top 10 author on product liability matters from a pool of approximately 800 writing about the subject.
Additionally, the Alston & Bird blog post “Google-Style GDPR Fines for Everyone? Bavarian DPA Conducts Website Cookie Practices Sweep, Announces Fines under Consideration,” written by senior associate Dan Felz of the firm’s Privacy & Data Security Group, was selected by JD Supra as one of its most-read articles.
