In the wake of the Supreme Court’s mixed ruling on federal vaccination mandates, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has released three separate guidances for three groups of states. This week, MedPAC and MACPAC released their June 2021 Reports to Congress, and the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the ACA in a 7-2 vote.
