Alston & Bird’s Trademark & Copyright Group was recognized across multiple categories at the Managing IP Awards 2022:
- Jason Rosenberg, partner in Atlanta and head of the firm’s Trademark & Copyright Group, was honored as Georgia IP Litigator of the Year.
- The Trademark Prosecution & Portfolio Management Team, led by partner Nadya Sand, also in Atlanta, won Firm of the Year – Trademark Prosecution (South).
In addition, firm client The Coca-Cola Company was honored with Managing Intellectual Property’s Impact Case of the Year – Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) for the proceeding The Coca-Cola Company v. Meenaxi Enterprises. Partner Holly Saporito and senior associate Lauren Timmons represented The Coca-Cola Company before the TTAB.
Alston & Bird’s winning streak also includes the ITC Section 337 Team’s recognition as U.S. Firm of the Year – International Trade Commission.
