Alston & Bird acted as counsel to the special committee of Terra Property Trust in its definitive agreement to merge with Terra Income Fund 6, pursuant to which Terra Property Trust has agreed to acquire Terra Income Fund 6.
The $350 million combination is expected to close during the third quarter of 2022, subject to approval by the stockholders of Terra Income Fund 6 and other customary closing conditions.
