Aaron Hendricson, counsel in Alston & Bird’s Dallas office, is a member of the Investment Funds Group and a member of the REITs Team.

Aaron focuses his practice on securities offerings and regulation, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance. He has represented issuers in numerous initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience representing private real estate funds and public and private REITs in their formation, public offerings, private placements, and securities law compliance.
