Debolina Das, senior associate with Alston & Bird’s White Collar, Government & Internal Investigations Team, and Dorian Simmons, senior associate with the firm’s Privacy, Cyber & Data Strategy Team, have been named 2025 Atlas Award winners after the successful completion of the 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program, which trains high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical professional development strategies.
The Atlas Award honors Pathfinders who demonstrate the highest levels of engagement throughout the program year. To receive this distinction, Pathfinders must have participated in eight or more programming components, including in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and online learning modules. This year, 60 Pathfinders—14% of the cohort—earned this recognition.
Based in New York, Debolina provides strategic litigation counsel and partners with clients to conduct internal investigations and mitigate risk. Based in Atlanta, Dorian advises clients on complex technology, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters across a range of information technology issues.
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity brings together more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners committed to fostering a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable legal profession. Alston & Bird has been an LCLD member since the organization’s founding in 2009.
