Debolina Das focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial litigation and white collar, government, and internal investigations. Debolina also frequently represents corporate and individual clients in criminal and civil investigations by the Department of Justice, as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement actions by other federal and state agencies.
Debolina leverages her in-house experience as Head of Litigation and Investigations at a multinational industrial public company to help companies align business goals with practical legal solutions while protecting financial realities.
Debolina partners with clients to counsel boards of directors and management teams on how to proactively identify risk, establish strategies or internal compliance programs to mitigate those risks, and to conduct self-assessments on the effectiveness of those solutions. Debolina helps companies create effective whistleblower programs, anti-corruption policies, and employment policies and manuals, and conducts litigation and compliance due diligence in M&A transactions.
After law school, Debolina served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert H. Edmunds, Jr. of the Supreme Court of North Carolina.
