Steven Chen is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. He focuses his practice on capital markets, including equity and debt offerings, corporate governance, and securities compliance. Steven also advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate financial transactions across a wide range of industries.
Before joining the firm, Steven interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Steven earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as an article editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.
