Yinghua “Ellie” Chen is on the Corporate Debt team and advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies, public companies, and privately held companies in various types of secured and unsecured financings.
Ellie is a Certified Public Accountant and she previously worked for two of the Big Four accounting firms. Before joining Alston & Bird, Ellie focused on tax-related matters, including tax compliance and consulting services provided to partnerships, corporations, real estate investment trusts (REITs), trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
