Jordan Webber Edwards is a senior associate in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group at Alston & Bird, where she focuses her practice on defending corporate clients against putative class actions, other complex litigations, and government enforcement actions and investigations. She has deep experience in the health care industry, having represented health insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, and pharmaceutical companies in high stakes matters involving RICO, ERISA, the False Claims Act, and numerous state consumer protection and deceptive trade practices claims. Jordan was recognized in the 2023 and 2024 editions of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as an “Associate to Watch” in Georgia in Litigation: White Collar Crime & Government Investigations, and she has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” for her work in commercial litigation, health care law, and white-collar criminal defense.
Jordan received her J.D., with honors, from Emory University, where she was actively involved in the Emory Moot Court Society and served as a teaching assistant for Advanced Legal Writing & Editing. She also obtained her B.A. in political science from Spelman College, where she graduated as valedictorian of her class.
