Kelsey Hair is a senior associate in the Federal & International Tax Group. Her practice focuses on tax matters involving acquisition, disposition, restructuring, and financing transactions. Kelsey advises on creating and implementing tax-efficient structures for various domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formations and investments, and REIT matters.
Kelsey earned her LL.M. in taxation from NYU School of Law. Before that, Kelsey earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she served on the South Carolina Law Review, was honored as a member of the Order of the Coif (top 10%), and the recipient of the Arthur B. Custy Tax Law Award and numerous CALI Awards.
