• Utilizing technology-assisted review and analytics to maximize workflow and improve production by calibrating underlying searches, informing review protocol, creating coding structures, and implementing quality control measures.
• Managing and coordinating various domestic and foreign-language review teams, including extensive privilege reviews, across complex antitrust and securities litigation and government investigations.
• Constructing and maintaining expansive case management databases to produce substantive reports and timelines and to organize and index work product such as interviews, case memoranda, and filings.
