Jeff Hill is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. He focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and divestitures. Before joining the firm, Jeff was an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division International Trade Field Office.
Jeff earned his J.D. from New York University, where he served as an online editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics. He received his B.A. in history from Bates College.
