Kevin Johnson is an experienced litigation support and information technology professional with more than 23 years of experience. As an e-discovery project analyst, Kevin is proficient in managing complex and technically demanding projects. Kevin also has experience with application support, hardware repair, hardware installation, creating technical documentation, and conducting training.
Kevin works with trial teams to identify each project’s deliverables and schedule to achieve the deliverables milestones. He coordinates logistics for large amounts of ESI, including data processing and loading, scanning, coding, and using optical character recognition of documents with in-house personnel and outside vendors. Kevin creates and supports workspaces in Relativity, including user security access, data processing, loading and exporting data, document productions, imaging, search term reports, search indexes, as well as analytics. He has created and supported databases, transcripts, and images in Concordance and IPRO and monitors, manages, and supports multiple e-discovery projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met by applying quality management techniques to ensure client satisfaction.
