Jane Kaufman defends companies in complex litigation involving environmental exposures, consumer products, privacy, and breaches of contract. She has defeated class certification, obtained summary judgments (avoiding trial), and represented clients in nationwide privacy class actions, arbitration proceedings, and appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California Courts of Appeal.

While earning her J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola Law School, Jane was the chief note & comment editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and the president of Loyola’s Health Law and Bioethics Association.
