• Represented a local developer in the acquisition and development of a multiphase mixed-use development project in Raleigh, including structuring and negotiating the development arrangement, property acquisition, and financing.

Daniel Lord is a partner in the Real Estate Group. He represents purchasers, developers, and users of commercial real estate in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, and disposition of multifamily, mixed-use, office, and industrial projects across the United States. His clients include owners, developers, equity investors, landlords, tenants, and other commercial real estate stakeholders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Daniel is an active member of the community, including longstanding involvement with the Wake County Boys & Girls Club as a volunteer, mentor, fundraiser, and annual campaign planning committee member. He’s also involved with the local chapters of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP (The Commercial Real Estate Development Association), and was a member of Leadership Raleigh Class 39 through the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
