Jessica Smith leads Alston Discovery, Alston & Bird’s e-Discovery Team. She focuses on all aspects of electronic discovery and related document production and management issues. Jessica works closely with clients to develop practical, cost-effective strategies for managing the complex challenges related to electronic data. She assists global companies in resolving cross-border discovery issues in U.S. disputes and advises clients on how to properly store and manage electronic records before litigation begins. Jessica counsels clients on data privacy and information security compliance matters and provides training on technology solutions and best-practice approaches.
